Building on the momentum of our 2025 rural fishing and #digitaldetox empowerment retreats, expanding partnerships and multi-award-winning initiatives, Underdog Crew is now entering its most ambitious and impactful phase to date.
Introducing #OperationPhoenix - a nature-based empowerment initiative bringing together wellbeing, social reconnection, 'futures' mentorship and fishing therapy in a calm, offline rural environment. Designed specifically for young people who face the greatest barriers to access and positive futures, The Phoenix Project represents a bold step forward in Underdog Crew’s mission: removing obstacles, restoring belief, and creating life-changing opportunities where they are needed most.

Participants experience a CRITICAL reset: removed from daily pressures and placed in a peaceful, accepting, and structured environment designed to help them thrive as they progress in their post education lives and towards meaningful career and self employment opportunities.

Day sessions @ £99 per day per person (up to 25 participants)

2-nights Overnight 'Glamping' @ £375 - MAXIMUM of 5 cabins.
Includes access to all 3 day sessions.
PRICE PER CABIN - Minimum of 2 people. Maximum 4 people. 1 double bed and bunk bed. UNDER 16's MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PARENT or DBS CARER.
Luxury shepherd's hut accommodation with outdoor hot tub and 24/7 big carp fishing from personal fishing platform. - Includes all day activities, plus all food and evening group entertainment.
