Harry McDonough is a founding board member of Underdog Crew, supporting from day one with grants, funding, programme management, and commercial strategy. An exited founder and experienced business coach, Harry brings deep entrepreneurial insight and a passion for empowering young creatives to thrive through sustainable, community-driven initiatives.

James is a board member and proud former Underdog who spent his early years growing with the charity.
