Our focus is on fostering a connection with nature and personal growth through traditional outdoor activities. Cancellation Policy
The Underdog Crew is a Community Interest Company (CIC), we are a not-for-profit organisation. Every penny we receive goes directly back into making our services more accessible, reducing barriers to inclusion, and expanding the support we offer to young people. If you change your mind or can no longer attend a booked session, you are welcome to swap your booking for an alternative date, subject to availability. If a suitable alternative date cannot be found and you have provided more than 72 hours’ notice, we may offer a refund at our discretion. Please note that all supplies are purchased in advance on a per-person basis, and this impacts our ability to offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.
